  1. Very sensible comment Hodge.... regardless of your opinion - respect to a lady who has just passed away. RIP Maggie.
  2. Hard to say on that section at chittern down. The water splash is fairly central to the trees, and the ruts to the side appear to actually be the 'new line' as it were. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  3. Blaisey, what a great addition to your house that porch looks very smart - nice job! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  4. Oh my word! That is taking it to the next level!!!
  5. No worries matt! The ox drove was enjoyable (apart from the scratches!!) Cracking day out mate - looking forward to the next trip out! P.s enjoying the uploads too
  6. Just taken 2 and a half hours to jet wash and clean the 90 - it was plastered!! Put some colour shine restorer polish on her to try and buff out those horrible scratches from the ox drove... mixed results if im honest. Will put a few more coats on tomorrow and see if that helps. All in all a great day out, great weather too!!
  7. I use 7.7mm half ropes when trad climbing. They are very skinny, like cheese wire. But as Steve mentioned they have to be used as a pair. I use a 10mm dynamic rope for indoor lead climbing or outdoor sport. The reason you can use such small diameter ropes in rock climbing is that they are dynamic, Tree climbing ropes don't have any where near as much stretch in them hence we use larger diameter ropes. I climb with tachyon 11.5 mm and that seems thin enough for tree climbing for me. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  12. No worries, i'll give westover land rover a call tomorrow and see if they will give me a rough idea of a basic cost. Does having main dealer servicing help retain vehicle value (thinking into the future)?
  13. Ive got to get the 2nd year service done on my 90. I got the first service for free as part of the deal when i bought it so got it done main dealer. Any ideas what a 2nd year will cost me? Ive got main dealer and local specialist near me.
