Do you think it's easy to spot? One of our climbers decided he'd be better off with another company as he was working on rail for us and his new company he took his PTS with him . As it was a change of sponsor he had another drug test which he failed , I suppose looking back you could see changed in his personality but nothing that really stood out . Most are covered by local councils who have dedicated teams , I did a few when I worked at the council and were short of tree work . It's bloody hard work and it's amazing how the ground can differ in a few miles from heavy clay to sand .
