  3. Hi i have a h14 fitted to my 300 tdi i think there is a problem with fitting it to a td5 if i remember its to do with the position of the pto drive when it leaves the gear box. Unless there has been a modification made for it. Its why i have always stayed with 300 tdis so that i can always transfer my winch. If you give the guys at the defender centre a ring they will know. cheers phill

  12. Hi louise demelza is on here as little titch

  13. Rather than cut them off try stitch tacking them down that way you are not modifying by removal and if the loler inspector has a problem then you only have to pop the stitch and its back to normal its not adjustment or modification because the loops are still there just making it user friendly. If you have a real problem with them then get in touch with edelrid and ask them the manufacturer is always right.
  14. Hi dont forget the course is for training you dont have to know everything before you start the trainer should take into account your ability and adjust the training accordingly its a pruning and rigging course. Just get used to being off the ground and on spikes the rest will come over the training period. Above all enjoy the crack!

  23. Its very hard to cut off both hands so even if you do cut yourself its not always impossible to get yourself down. Try not to do anything flashy and you might get away with it. Just think how your daughter will feel trying to work out how to get you down from a tree with missing branches or somthing hanging in it and you dripping on her as well. Rock climbing instructors are not always trained to rescue i think you will find its another course run by the BMA
