  1. i think your bosses insurance will only cover you when you are in work, public liability will cover you for any thing you break or crush be it people or property but will not cover you, for yourself you will need personal accident. I think the scout leader knows that anyone on his property comes under his blanket insurance this may not however have a clause for tree climbing
