  1. G&T i use 14mm portland for nearly everything its cheap and very good
  2. Who in the uk sell's stable braid? I want a 24mm dead eye like the one drew made for my large impact block
  3. Try Portland braid or polydyne i use 14mm PB for nearly everything and have some 16mm polydyne for big blocks , or who sells samson rigging line? as i'd like some 24mm stable braid
  4. Majestic get some portland braid it's cheaper than DE and PD i use 14mm portland braid, i think it's nice rope. I've also got some 16mm PD for negative rigging big lumps

  6. You don't really want dynamic rock climbing rope for srt, ststic rope is better

I have just had to retire my air power gold's they lasted nearly a year, really comfy straight out the box the only problem i found was they split really badly down the outside of the left boot after about 7-8 months? it may well have been my fault for not looking after them as well as i should have . i now have a pair of airstreams and they've taken a while to break in but if i'm on spikes all day they're really comfy

  11. I have a AP e2e but can't get a needle through it near the eye to stitch and whip it? I have some needles size's 13-19 the 13's just snapped at the eye when trying to stitch and the other quite larger needles won't go through?. the twine i have is waxed lyros off Nod it may be 1.5mm. Do i need thinner twine also what's the best needle's? any help greatly appreciated

    I have a fairly new 261 and am having problems with it cutting out all the time them not starting again. Have sent it back and got it back today but it still has the problem i'm taking it back asap
