  4. The guy i work with went out to oz working for a few months and thought he'd buy some kit out there but ended up getting some sent from over here as it was really expensive i think he said spikes were around £500-600.

  6. I have just bought a pair of buckingham titanium spikes with velcro pad's. i have worn them for 4 out of the last 5 days and i'm really please with how comfortable they are.

  8. do you ever do work in the east midlands? i live in nottingham i used to commute to rugby everyday but for a 6:30 start by thursday i was falling asleep on the way home. i have some experience of climbing i have my own climbing kit and relevant tickets?

Hello mate i was speaking to rob marley today and he was saying you and a few other climbers have get togethers every now and then to try out different climbing tecniques and new gear, and i was wondering if it'd be ok if i came along as i dont live to far away. i want to learn how to use the vt system as i've bought all the relevent equipment. i look forward to hearing from you

  20. Has anyone got any handy hints of methods of cleaning my wire core strop. I've been dismantaling nasty conifers all day and my new strops covered in sap. any ideas on the best way of cleaning it. Would beal rope cleaner get sap off with a rope brush?
