  1. Persuade them to let you burn the brash, I love a cedar bonfire!
  2. If I got that day in day out id be a happy man, on my own work I'm content with £350 for me and groundie, some days we can make a lot more but rarely less, I don't think the glory days are totally gone yet, still good money to be made, that said I wouldn't want to be starting from scratch these days
  3. It's a pretty dishonourable thing to do in my book, I'd never pinch a customer off someone I'm subbing for.
  4. Fantastic habitat, been dead about two years, it's not gonna fall over yet (famous last words)
  5. I did the tips with a MEWP, Charlie the other climber has no fear! Was a proper wobbler

  14. Aye, there has been a bit of sanctimonious bs on this thread
  15. I love my spikes, first year of climbing I was unsure, now I'd wear em on a TPO 10% beech thin if I could get away with it
  16. Same, getting ill/injured will happen sooner or later
  17. Bloody hell, that's cheap! Sorely tempted
  18. Dawn redwood for me too!

    Tiny echo!

I've used one with standard bar and chain against my 150 with drilled exhaust and it doesn't come close, be interested to try it with the stihl bar/ chain combo
