  19. yes the person got a right telling off from the teacher and it was not role play was 100% real, the person i rescued took his prussik of his rope and threw the rope over the branch which he failed to do and his rope fell out the tree.
  20. in reply to skyhulks question not sure if this counts as a proper rescue i had to rescue someone out of a tree before at college. he was on his lanyard and accidentally dropped his main climbing line and i was sent up to get him down
  21. just thought i would upload some pictures of some splicing that old snake did for me. i can not thankyou enough for doing them, i have climbed on them a few times and is so much easier than lobbing a massive bowline knot over the branch every time.
