  4. I cut mine 10", but i also ask the customer what size fire/stove they have.Theres nothing worse than getting to the customers house and them saying the logs are to big for my fire.

  11. It will have to go up by £5-£10 a cube soon just to cover diesel white&red,never mind cord going up as well:thumbdown:,which it will.But even at this, it would mean me putting the price of a cube up about 7.5%,when cord is going up 25%,i dont know how long i would last if this is the case

  15. 300 m3 of seasoned hardwood cord on ebay, i have just spoken to the bloke selling it and he wants to sell it as one lot, so if anybody as got the storage space for it (which i havent) its up for grabs for 15k. sorry i cant put a link to this ad but i dont know how to do it:blushing:
  16. I started through a friend of mine who had a wood in north suffolk,bought a load off him, sold it went back for more"sorry none left" so started scouting round for cordwood, that was 3 years ago, sold more and more each season,so now its my main business

  19. I have the pto version of the pilke they were £1600+vat a couple of years ago.Could run it of a static engine/motor, to free up the tractor.Have thought about this in the past, might be a project for the new year:thumbup:
