  6. Finished getting my last bits of climbing gear, some prussiks, slings, steel and ally krabs, pulley, wire core flip line, 10 metre rope, some nice sip freedom pants a petzel climbing lid and a 200t one happy chap, one badly suffering bank balance

  10. Here's a pic of the 200t so far : http://i513.photobucket.com/albums/t338/Swinny28/HPIM1003.jpg still trying to upload, its murder!! it'll be good to know what theyre worth though so i can decide what to do cheers more pics on the way
  11. Just wondered what my old saws are worth? still plenty of life in them but i've renewed my gear.... and wonder if theyre worth selling, i've got other spares anyway.... 1) ms200t 2005 not bad condition, had to fit 020t carb as playing up, looks to have done the trick but not tested in the wood yet 12" bar chain 1/2 worn 2) 020t not sure of year, runs ok and i used it to reduce a hawthorn the other week, this does not have a bar and chain though now 3) 024 13" good runner oils well :-) possibly an 044 but think i'll keep it, unsure yet was thinking of putting on ebay maybe the above but there's loads of top handle saws on there, probabilly due to everyone getting one at the apf lol cheers all chris
  12. missed it sadly i ended up with a 200t and noticed the husky in one of the mags on the way home!! doh might have given it a go if i saw it etc whens it for sale? and how much?
  13. con took over fountains i think
  14. i did, so i edited post pronto
  15. good job done there a stella at the end of it think you missed a bit of deadwood on the flags though in pic 3 that needed chipping
  16. think i'd opt for the 180 aswell after looking at some prices, not worth paying the extra for a 211 or 230 imo due to them still not being pro saws...
  17. got a stihl 024 and 13" bar 80 quid if any good to him will try to think of some new ones in that price range though
  18. make sure you do a good job of raking up first though, they don't like having to move a thick bed of saw chippings/dust on grass
  19. i agree, way ott for most jobs, i use a br 420 but see why most people go with the hand held ones for space etc but there a bit naff imo lol (taking cover)
  20. yet again course been canceled! supposed to start tomorrow thats my cs39 put back, not to october but to november back end!! i know an assessor that will come out and asses so i think i'm going to have to give him a call... why can't colleges get the numbers together for the courses?
  21. when you starting climbing classes i'm in and congrats rich!!!
