No just inside the dial that you turn to adjust the roller speed . Take that off with a spanner and the screw is inside . -

There's a small valve inside the speed control unit if you take it off you might be able to loosen it with a small flat headed screwdriver -
A nice way of reducing a thorn hedge though !
