  9. Cheers Steve I've only ever seen one up in Derbyshire near dovedale and it had me foxed as it was mid winter and in full leaf. ?
  10. The bark looks similar but the leafs look at bit more lobed on your tree.

  13. Here are a few from today's visit to oxford . 2nd is a monster black walnut 3rd is a really nice cork oak 1st is a sorbus domestica nice size tree around 150years old althoughh the photos not great

  15. Here is a really impressive tulip tree at glendurgen gardens down on the helford river ( Cornwall) planted in the 1800's I'd be surprised if this isn't a british champion massive girth and looking in good health
  16. Here's a few pics of a central reservation in Nottingham this are was planted 3 years ago a lot of the trees failed and have now been re planted they are on there way out. This must have cost thousand to plant remove replant and now remove again probably in a years time . Why not just set a team on watering instead of cutting grass that doesn't need cutting .
  17. Hi Ben I was up at lathkill dale ( Derbyshire the other weekend and there is evidence of Ash die back up there in young trees. If it gets hold up there the landscape will look a lot different.
  18. Glad to hear your doing well and keeping busy Stefan ! You obviously have a good work ethic and drive and that will take you where you want to go keep the pictures coming ! As fir people asking what your earning tell them to mind there own business
  19. Yeah that's about right or even better try playing for 80 minutes
  20. We only managed to play 30 minutes of rugby the rest of the time we were chasing shadows. Disapline let us down especially in the forwards there scrum half as winding them all up and they had one eye on hitting him and one eye on the match. Need to win next week . Our defense is pretty shocking at the moment
