  1. Are you talking brand new gear/ second or both mate?
  2. The cutting mechanism is great it's a nightmare when you get the cutters in position and drop the cutter cord on other types if you know what I mean? I've thought of putting a ring or something on mine to hold the rope down as I never seem to use the handle anyway.

  4. Ive used the ones David is talking about it is a good idea and nice to use. Thefirm I used them at went through a lot of them but the lads might have been a bit rough with the gear
  5. I find the Wolfe garten ones great get the longer pole you wont go worn with them. Jonesie sells them at around 60-70 quid mine have been abused and still going strong. They also have loads of attachments you can buy there's a claw type thing for doing something with soil it's great for pulling deadwood branches out

When I had my theoben we used it for rabbits to feed the Harris hawk, it was so accurate I got bored of shooting them when we had enough and people won't like it but I used to pierce rabbits ears from a good distance:) was a laugh when I used to go lamping with the lurcher and she caught a rabbit with a little hole in it's ear

  17. They are dangerous bits of kit and so sharp you can sometimes cut yourself and not realise! I've got down from a tree before and honestly not known where the blood stains have come from. It's our own fault though and I was thinking the other day if I can cut myself it must be pretty easy to cut my prussic pretty scary really
  18. I've nearly caught myself a couple of times this week mate but you wouldn't catch yourself like that with the 200 I reckon with me I just get complaisant because it's not a chainsaw.

  20. Pruning all/most of the twigs along a branch and leaving lots of foliage at the tips if that makes sense? Leaving a branch looking like a lions tail:)

  22. Haha I thought the same Jons always buying something:) good man sound like you work hard mate so treat yourself. Not had an air rifle for a few years mate but re the Theoben we did have a rapid 7 and it was awesome for an air rifle
