  18. Hi, The last section was over a huge limb hence the jumpy friction from trying to lower the end section. The sling was attached for my work positioning as i climb SRT all the time now. Just makes life easier and i can make sure its kept clear of the rigging line when lowering. I used it originally in the earlier part to position just beyond the limb as it sat vertical so i could in comfort strip it out. Hope that makes it understandable? Ian
  19. Team GB medalists showing there not just great at sports but miming too [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYtpL5YhWOQ]adidas | Team GB Don't Stop Me Now - YouTube[/ame]
  20. Yep Its more compact than the ZK1 but still loving it and the solid bar is good. But i did feel there is going to be some who like a stiff tether and some who dont, im currently torn between the two on video its the soft tether but off cam when im climbing i seem to be on the solid one. Either way Bar or not people will now love the wrench.
  21. Always and Facebook is an easy place to store them either under yourself or under a business, its much easier than the old days when i actually had to take a photo album around.
  22. When you drive for 1 1/2 hrs to site to remove a tree with all the saws rigging kit and no climbing kit............... Nice day for a drive tho.
  23. Heres some pictures from work we carried out in 2010 better scale of the tree
  24. So i had to attend this call out one evening last week. The limb is off these monster Pines dating back to a botanical record when it was a rectory in the 1800's!! The limb was about 50ft long and it looked like a lever arm failure rather than a wind load failure. SRT mad the job super quick and it was pretty much straight forward. Climb up, secure with rigging, climb down the limb, strip out, cut off, tidy up cut, and lay on the deck. Hope you enjoy it Ian [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFSndZnjkMQ]Pine tree limb failure - YouTube[/ame]
