  7. amazing carvings,,a true talent,,,
  8. they also use plastic packing on there log bags,,very green,,,NOT! they supply all my local, stores so fair play for good marketing, but as I`m local and have a good market,so untill I can offer the same at a cheaper price,,let them crack on,,,,my customers are loyal,,and get good dry logs with out extra carbon footprint of kiln drying first...
  9. mate just buy a few vented bags and keep filling till your full,,,easy answer,,,doh,,,
  10. nice to meet you the other week mate at gensteves yard!!! could have done with you unloading this end,,lol:thumbup1:
  11. lol,,,,know that feeling,,,,
  12. I THINK THE MAIN DIFFERENCE IN PRICE,AS ITS OBVIOUS TO SEE, IS SOME OF US ARE TREE SURGEONS WHO ARE SELLING A BY PRODUCT FOR SAY £80 cubic meter, and have been paid to take it down, so when its gone its gone, when it comes to buying it in, i respect the £50 per ton cost, as its what it costs, and we all need to make a living, and I can see why its then £100 a cube,,,the local market to were ever you are dictates the price,,,at the end of the day, something is only worth what you can get for it!!!
  13. I wish,,!!!!
  14. woods my thing ? i have limits,,,,,
  15. you need wads mate,,,10-20k,,,,? wife would say sweet f,a,,,,lol,,chris,,how does roof mount hold cubic meter bags open,,>?rope?
  16. £400-500,,,depending on how far,!!!! (5 x £80 per cubic meter + delivery)+ 5% vat etc, beer on the way lol...
  17. to asnwer the dilema,,,have sawbench hence why need a pto,, do all my firewood in cubic meter bags,so forks handy, sometimes need to go pick up butts from take downs, to fuel my woodmizer, ,,,to be honest would love both but my wife would go balistic,,,,,lol:sneaky2:
  18. what case telepoter has a pto? news to me?
  19. hi mate,i am looking at tractors with loaders as my original post, the merlo turbo farm handler has a pto but dont come on the market much as ther 35k,,,and guess there still being used,,?
  20. tree surgeon, with very good firewood business, cant decide if next purchase is telehandler or tractor with loader,,so many ++ and vice versa,,,old tractors have monster hours and hold mega prices,,,teleporters rams and seals suspect,,,any one else these dilemas??
  21. was this from riko? why you selling,,?
  22. I use riko splitters,,,and cant rate them high enough,,,,my av11r is wicked and the service from this company in my opinion,is great,,,(not everyone agrees i understand) but i chose a sawbench from fuelwood as the saftey aspect was greater,ie,the guard comes down with every cut, where as the old riko one didnt, and as id be asking my staff to use it I was conserned,,maybe this isnt the case no more,as kit changes fast i dont know,,,but happy with my safe one,,and no limbs lost yet lol,
  23. NOTHING because the people who make the laws we abide by arnt effeceted by em,,,they get free fuel, expenses and live with rose tainted glasses,,,it will never change,,,long live mr marting from norfolk,,,,,
  24. thanks guys,,,
