Has anyone got experience of the Investors in People programme?

IIP was used when I was working for the local council and I found it very hypicritical,,considering the actual name "Investing in People" but they expected a qualifield ranger to living in the rich thames valley for £13,000,,, rent was £500 a month back then!!! bureaucratic beyond belief!!!save your money,,and spend it on your staff!(sorry gets my back up) -
due to the weather and my lads out of action(one in africa,the other broke his leg sledging) decided to spend a couple of days in the workshop, monday== rounders bats out of some ash,,,,,(pic of ash in snow) today == garden lines,(from some spalted beech) and some t-light holders from off cuts from my chopping boards,(walnut) and bits of yew,,,,, waste nothing!!!

you could also add a smaller width board either end going the width of the table to stop the cupping,,,
