  1. I'm Sure if you said about it on here earlier allot more people would have come for some free grub!
  2. I had it all the way out now with the breather unplugged its in a turn or so. are you the same albe013 from youtube? Charlie
  3. the oilier is working fine now. it would oil for a bit as soon as you start it up but then it would stop so i pushed a needle through this hole which i assume to be the breather and its working again now!
  4. I know that but the oil used between fill ups is minuscule. I always fill both up at the same time and clean the filters just after lunch
  5. On a Husqvarna 262xp should the chain oil run out when the fuel runs out? i have the screw on mine all the way out and it doesn't even use half whats in the tank! The chain doesn't get overly hot. I haven't checked the filter yet but the bit where it comes out the hole is clear and so is the bar rails and hole although they seem very small compared to other bars?
  6. STIHL VINTAGE GUIDE BAR 18" SPARES OR REPAIRS FAULTY PETROL CHAINSAW GOOD RUNNER | eBay This has got me confused i know they have the same engines but the exhaust looks funny. so does the fuel filler
  7. First saw ive bought without seeing it! should be alright with a 13" bar and chain for limbing up some of the logs going through the processor. husqvarna 154se professional petrol chainsaw | eBay i also need a set of spikes for it anyone know if you can get double ones nice big ones?
  8. Mines got the metal handle although i think ive got a plastic replacement side cover in the shed..... i probably over paid for it but of the video i watched on youtube i like the sound of it! shame i wont be able to hear it with my husky muffs on!
  9. Well i didnt get the 254xp but i did get a 154 what are these like i just want something to go with the 262xp Charlie
  10. ahh never knew that! i'm doing some work for someone and they offered me a saw to use and i said i would buy it off them and it is a running 262xp just wondered what i should offer him. ive also been after a 254 for a while now!

  14. Sounds like you dislodged a piece of varnish in the fuel system buy kicking it!
  15. Wood for sale Only a joke although i doubt it was funny! 3m lengths of softwood and they smashed a gate down with presumably a van not worth it in my opinion! makes you wonder, I think they were expecting saws and splitters there and loaded up with wood to come away with something. If i hear anything i'll get in touch. Did they cut the wood into smaller pieces or load them whole? Charlie
  16. take off the recoil and then you will get to the coil pack make sure all the wires are connected and clean it off. the pack should be about a business cards width from flywheel if its more get a business card between it undo the bolts push it up and tighten them again. also check the switch inst messing up and not covered in chain oil and saw chip
  17. you need to have the plug in the boot and then the bottom against something metal, the top of the barrel will do make sure the switch is on which is all the way to the left. also while you have the plug out tip the saw upside down and give it a few pulls, you will be surprised what will come out if you've been trying to start it! give the plug a wire brush off while your at it too and clean the air filter!
  18. put fresh fuel in it then give it a go things are easier to test if the engine is running eg oiler
  19. i had the same thing with a HSBC email and i do not have a HSBC account also i get the Microsoft emails saying i sent a error report and had people on the phone from India about it i play along "yes the computer is on" "ok sir then click this" "yeah now what?" better than the tv!

  24. ok it says the komatsu runs about 13000 rpm so mines about 13500 if that helps?
  25. "woman from Barcelona who is involved in plant cultivation" is that the kind that requires really really bright lights? Charlie
