  1. We as a country could not go on spending money as we were. thats it.
  2. Should i read the op ? in full. I do find readig hard.
  3. You are correct, i just drifted across it, but having spent time working in the real world and working in that far away londonera planet in space i know the 500 as an add on is nothing.
  4. Dont get me started Jon, i cant type for that long, just one point that makes me smile, and there are lots, Mr and Mrs Romanian, living as part of the UK but having returned back to Romania as of 2017 only 2 offspring will receive benefits from the UK, the others will not.
  5. looks to me that this will just be a very expensive free quotation exercise for you, if it was me, just ask for photos via email and load it accordingly, sounds like in a normal world you know what it should be , without seeing any photos , me, i would price as normal world and add £500.
  6. Does anyone know if Brian S did chop his cock off ... is he ok???
  7. My friend, do a little bit more time, think hard, we are in for some big reforms, I think you will find that if you get under your belt around 5 years or 5.5 i forget, then a few more resettlement options will be on the table, life in civvy street at the mo is a little pants, make sure any injuries you have had are well documented .
  8. Hello mate, for whatever reason i was rejected from replying to your post, anyway, im ex forces and would say under 30 years of age with your background you should walk into a job, over 30 its a little harder, 40 + very hard.
  9. Tree Life will work just great, just pay the money, best money you will ever spend regardless of what quals you come away with, the tech cert i found to be more informative than the following foundation degree course i did, great bunch of blokes who present it. In my life in Arb, yes your qualifications are important , but the quality of content, richness counts more. Tree Life do bring a certain flavor to the curriculum.
  10. Nice vid Brian, Just watch you don't chop your cock off on the return stroke
  11. Tell your brother he did a nice job on the wheel set, its not always about how big something is, but more the detail. Moving those little splitters really is a barstood, they may look like there's nothing to them, but it's not till you try and move one that you can appreciate any little improvements that may help.
  12. It will be an interesting one Steve, not as over engineered as the Riko in terms of build quality, and not as sophisticated as the Thor with its leader system and handlebar levers. There is a youtube of the electric one, this might be it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hp7HeG7ec3Q He has adapted the controls to foot , which you should never do.
  13. That was the icing on what looks to be a good little splitter, nice weight, it is what it is, and really they are only going to be splitting rung up arb waste , double pump is the best thing.
  14. Italy , same place as Thor and Riko
  15. Yep, if you all recall my early enquiries regarding Thor and Riko, in comparison with my old splitter, and to best fit my Kubota B6100, the PTO one comes out best, spent all this time since my last post researching, and they look great which will fit well as i am hoping to hire out the petrol and electric version if the PTO one meets my expectations on build quality. Will keep you posted. Thanks
  16. O well, no comments then, order going in tomorrow.
  17. That's why i stopped, got Hand-arm Vibration Syndrome now, could not believe how fast it developed, feel it most now on the throttle of my guzzi t3, stopped doing hedges, but still climb and it's ok, very painful in the cold. Should have said, ' How fast it developed from tingly fingers ' Fast.
  18. Hi all, looking at the Zanons , in particular the table top splitters 10 ton, petrol, pto and electric, double pumps on all, light so easy to move around, look to be well built, anyone used or got one. Zanon macchine agricole
  19. John P, I was thinking we had met some years ago, you were doing a crain job in Batts park Taunton, but if thats you rimming the Polar bear its a different JP, or is it you holding your nuts ??? , hay wig ?
  20. My old P28 would not go through a 26" gate, was very good at breaking down, tracking could also be difficult once the machine had been worked hard, find it hard to say anything good, you should look at the Jo Beau 31-110
  21. Twice the machine, and i know as Dean also sold me a new HB20 to get in the places my Jo Beau would not, so far i have not even used the Bandit,
