  2. Is the wear to just one brake, i would say that if so there may be an underlying issue ! We have recently upgraded our 90's brakes to performance pads and vented discs, it now forces your eyeballs out every time you hit the pedal. At least i can now safely drive up everyones arse on the motorway Well worth the upgrade costs !

  12. I wouldnt worry, the pressure exerted per square inch will be low and lost within the first 4" depth, also as its consistant pressure and not variabble the roots will naturally adapt there growth accordingly.

  14. Get an iphone and sell it on ebay for a fortune then buy a HP Ipaq Data Messenger, excellent phone, windows mobile, full keyboard and also touch screen.... I have GIS on mine and excel is always handy, i have the extended battery with mine which means it lasts for yonks.

  21. Julian is great chap, everytime i speak to him i learn something invaluable, esp to do with TPO's and associated case law.
  22. With the new style printing machines that is not so, i have a number of polo shirts that must have been washed a couple of hundred times and they are still great. Unfortunately many people offering shirt printing use rubbish machines that are bought cheap from china..

I am suprised how many people turn up late to a meeting or interview because they had problems finding the place etc. SWB i also do the if i am not sure do a reccy or leave very early, the worst thing in the world is being late. I am one of those that are dysleticlic. Its no problem and would never have a prob with anyone who wasnt a litery genius. Anyway the lad wants to cut trees, not write a novel. On a very big positive for the lad he seems very keen , as things are picking up i am sure you will get a chance and if you show your worth a clever boss will look after you. Good luck chap
  24. If i need something a little fancy doing that is of exceptional quality i use tshirtstudio.com Otherwise i use a local company which i can forward details of if you want
