    A friend of mine followed the scrote that had stolen his kit, got the Police there who found said stolen kit in the back of the thief's wagon and the CPS said it was circumstantial.

    Even if you do catch them red-handed the CPS say it's circumstantial evidence and won't prosecute.

    True, but I'm never one to let a stroke puller go easily. I would also have told him that the arisings formed part of the value of the payment so he owed more for the job, not less.

    I would have argued that the job was the job and removal of all arisings from the site which was done. It's up to you how you remove them and what he did was a unilateral variation of terms ie a breach of contract. I hate people like that with a passion.

    I've heard that some machines have 3 options, but only on your birthday and Xmas. It is usually necessary to provide extra lubrication, normally at least an extra bottle of Lambrini(other tart fuels are available).
