  1. Depends what other use the vehicle will get, My set up is a 4x4 van and an Ifor tipper trailer as most of my work is subbying so tool security is what counts along with accessing work sites. The firewood side is incidental so a tipper trailer is ideal for collecting and delivering. It suits me but your needs are probably different.
  2. He told me he was going to try to break into the male escort business. Apparently Joe and Mark gave him the idea.
  3. If you are on Facebook, there are a couple of pages on there to match people giving away wood with the people who will shift it; Free Firewood and Woodalert. Good luck.
  4. I was so excited I had to get a glass of wine. I'm reading this thread with a nice Semillon.
  5. Looks flash in your rigging bag?
  6. Wish you every success in whatever you are going to be doing, mate.
  7. Me and lentils are best kept apart.
  8. Bought some of these to try out but yet to use them. One thing that does seem to help me is taking Gingko leaf to improve circulation to your feet and hands. https://www.troutcatchers.co.uk/PBSCProduct.asp?ItmID=24317129&AccID=113587&PGFLngID=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwdDfv-yR2AIVqLztCh3K5wfHEAQYAyABEgLI0_D_BwE
  9. It's ok. I don't. I only ignore you and Vespasian.
  10. I don't have anybody on ignore. I manage to do that all on my own without an app.
  11. You are the only educated person that I have ever encountered who seems to consider baboon and buffoon to be similes. Then you expect us to swallow that your use of the word baboon to describe an MP who by sheer coincidence just happens to be black is sheer coincidence. As I said, pull the other one.
  12. I've always thought of you as an intelligent man. Pull the other one.
  13. Please don't change it on my account. I think it's far more honest to see people's true opinions.
  14. Or a problem of gross insensitivity on yours. It's so plainly inflammatory that I am surprised we are even having this conversation. While our opinions frequently differ, I thought better of you.
  15. A lot of TV and comedy was the same then. Most of us have evolved since then, thankfully. Unfortunately, some still think it's clever to compare black people to primates.
  16. How about this lovely, little veteran?
  17. I think you're both wrong. Looks like a £75 per cubic metre to me.
  18. I think it looks natural enough as log wood.
  19. Just as a heads up, my partner's family had night time prowlers in the Hazeleigh area of Essex last night. Nothing was taken but things had been moved. Keep 'em peeled as it's that time of year, folks.
  20. Very nice. Must be a pleasant change to find one that hasn't been used as an impromptu khazi. Part of the GHQ line?
  21. And the rest of the gentry.
  22. Christ, you aren't getting them where you are, surely?!?!
  23. I made a bad mistake at work today when I accepted a very edible mugful of beef Madras from somebody. I think I'm probably one fart away from sleeping in the spare room tonight.
