I need to put a notice at my premises for employees as to who to contact in an emergency. I have put all the usual: My mobile number, address, postcode, grid reference. First Aid points, trained first aiders, nearest hospital and address, fire extinguishers and where they are located. Am I missing anything?

You are right in the fact that cash flow can be a nightmare. I am always upfront with subbies. If I cant pay them when they are due to be paid I let them know in advance. Therefore they can plan in advance. It helps everyone to be honest and up-front.

Looking to establish links with contractors primarily in the West Country (Devon, Somerset, Dorset or Cornwall) for regular supply of Douglas Fir Bars in 10foot lengths. I would consider Larch or a limited amount of Spruce prompt collection and payment could be on going. Would also consider supplies from Mid Wales if the price was comparable. Reference available.
