  1. I use a pallet truck on a stone floor all the time you just have to.put a bit more effort in
  2. A contract is a contract wether signed and sealed with a solicitors stamp or made verbally. The later more difficult to.prove. Stick to your guns and either let it be a lesson learnt or take him to the cleaners via a legal route.

  11. I purchased them flat pack, 2 of us assembled them (18) in under half a day using a nail gun. I have Potato boxes from HK timbers that were made in 1992 and have been stored outside. They still have their integrity but some of the boards need attention!! I hope they are going to last at least 10 years!! The main reason is that they can stack safely 5 high therefore utilizing all of my shed space, as well as being able to rotate stock better.
  12. I recently purchased 18 log boxes from HK Timbers in Gainsborough. Although I was at first skeptical I have been proved wrong that do stand upto the daily loading and unloading. Purchased as flat pack they went together easily with a nail gun. I have just placed an order for a substantial quantity. They were very sturdy when stacked 5 high.

  18. I have just been approached by a new customer and asked to supply 10,000 nets of softwood Logs. Must be 8" long stacked on a pallet 50 at a time could be collected must have artic access though. Pallets must be good and sturdy wood must be Larch or Douglas Fir and be dry. Net size 60 x 45cm pref orange in colour. Will be collected from this October onwards. Logs must be strapped to pallets or Elastinet wrapped.
  19. I run a 60Kva lights heaters kettle kindling machine and processor use abt 200 litres of red per week.
