  4. i get sea sick pretty bad but luckely ive only felt l;ike that once up a large beach ! NOT a good feeling to have when you handling a saw !:thumbdown feels like your walking on a bouncy castle when your on the ground

  6. hey guys , might seem a little thick here but a smybol on my ldv has appeared on and im not to sure what it means ? it has a picture of a petrol pump with zig zag lines going through it horizontaly ? ?? everything seems to be driving ok but today when i checked the water it was all frothy like someone had put soap in it ? not sure if this is related but hey ho ! any ideas peeps
  7. i dont think you can really pick between the two as i depends on what your splitting , i done whole horsechestnut on my knees with an axe and it was easy peasy but the elm needed the maul going at it full pelt i do think the axe though is generally all round better and lighter horses for courses and all that
  8. ive been telling the customer for the last couple of years that its gotta be one of the biggest bean tree ive seen and they dont believe me . they,ve been trying to pursuade me to take it down so while this job might not look to pretty at least the tree was saved only last week a bunch of pikeys knocked on there door asking if they would like there "SYCAMORE " removed

  10. yeh the customer wanted something drastic and to be fair ive seen it in full leaf and went over both the neihbouring gardens and did block a lot of light ! as said ive seen these cut hard before and they always come back nice

  13. i once took a landy for a test drive for that guy at mrm landrover , ! it was a heap of crap and he hounded me for weeks after about bu ying it stay well clear imo!

  19. my thought excatly !! my day today could have done with 30 tons of hardcore , i knew the ground was gona be soggy but i can honestly say for the first time ! i actually got my landy stuck :thumbdown:spent and hour laying old shed panels down then finally got out ! unfortunatly by the time i got out , my mate had tried to get in ,in his transit !ha and well you can guess how that went ! finally the tractor was called for , so i share your thoughts right now ! hope you get it sorted

  21. pretty big job that , bit of change from the norm ! i was at wakehurst place a few weeks back checking out the millenium seed bank , although i must admit i spent more time checking out the hot girl behind the glass windows !

  24. my freind has one of those nissans for sale at the mo if your interested , they have two side facing seats behind the driver and passenger seat (little cramped but if only the kids then would be fine ) silver , 70,000 miles loads history , engine bays immaculate if you want any pictures let me no, good luck
  25. i must admit ive had a couple of red ones and the paint does tend to fade if there not looked after but those pictures in the snow was when it was newer so in this case its got better with age !!lol:001_tongue:
