  3. I leave my bigger boys and girls at home you can’t fit 10 or 14 stone dogs in the front of a transit they have run of the house and garden the mrs is retired i take my spaniel most days very good van alarm
  4. I’ve yet to find a cage my big boy can get in let alone turn around, don’t agree with them in cages for long periods, if you need to keep a animal in a cage get a gerbil!

  11. Even if you off hire the machine you are still responsible for a reasonable time after the off hire, in the case of a twenty tonne digger it’s a week! Only if you return the tool yourself your responsibility ceases at the time of the off hire.

  24. The topic was how reasonable the valuation on the tree was not if it was regenerating personally I think it’s undervalued. For too long we seem to value trees as just timber, firewood and chip,no reasonable accounting for landscape value. If you cut down a tree and are found to have broken the law you should replace the tree to a condition as it was the day before you cut it down, I know this isn’t always reasonable or possible but the fine should reflect this and hurt.
