    Where do you get slavery from they are paid on time I paid for the tickets I paid for the time they took to complete, I have no problem if they want to leave, for a better job so long as they have turned up, worked and not spent hours on the phone,if they have earned me money they can go with the tickets however I’ve had more than one who I have paid for the cscs card and then dissappear. When I apply on the form the ask where to send the tickets.

    I’ve been asked to become safe contractor registered for a management company I work for at a cost of £1400.00, else I can’t work so I paid the registration fee and spent three days filling in forms many more than once asking all sorts of irrelevant questions, then was told my insurance was not up to the correct standard, then had to employ a h&s management company to comply with the environmental and h&s requirements so a total cost of £2700.00 which I have invoiced plus 20 % plus vat all this for a job which was originally £700.00 now it’s £3240.00 and they have nothing to show for the extra cost except paperwork.

    I’ve yet to find a cage my big boy can get in let alone turn around, don’t agree with them in cages for long periods, if you need to keep a animal in a cage get a gerbil!
