  21. Ah so we have the answer.... 2 handed. Darn, the downside to the HC/VT. Everyone, try the version I use... Now, what about the singing tree rope wrench............
  22. Albere, Im not on about tending slack, my hitch does that perfectly in my original setup.... Im on about if im about to go out on a limb, and want some slack rope so I can move freely... using one hand. Maybe ill keep to what I know
  23. Thanks... But my original question was about putting slack in the system.... does anyone else do this? Say you want to move freely for a minute, like advance out on a limb.... Know what I mean? I pull down on my hitch, but really hard to get some slack. With my original setup its much easier.
  24. Thanks Mat, I tied that bowline just for the pic, didn't climb on it... As for a fishermans... I found it really got in the of the hitch, as it is bulky..so the big bowline is more streamline for the purpose.
