The chartered status you get from the AA is chartered environmentalist Sent from Rob's GalaxySII
  3. Lastly, I am also disappointed that your disappointed! Surely we all have our own choices to make in life? Are you saying your disappointed because i'm not following yours? Tony, i like you, i like the work you do, (i like your reductions), I like your generosity, you are inspiring and passionate, but i just feel that sometimes that passion can get the better of you
  4. Unfortunately the human animal is a parasite, we take what we can with the majority never putting back. I'm scared that one day we shall do what we have done here to a far off distant beautiful green planet. Sent from Rob's GalaxySII
  5. I am only making an observation, it is hard to put across a message on a public forum when you can't tell the internation in my voice. If you feel disappointed then you have jumped to the wrong conclusion about what I was trying to say, yes maybe i shouldn't of used the word preaching, but at that time, in my head, it seemed appropriate. As stated, I am fully aware of the issues you have brought to light, some of the videos you have posted I have watched some time ago but chose not to post them here (or elsewhere) for reasons of my own. Your views and opinions, just as everybody else's, are important, it's the way we put that message across that is even MORE important. So I don't mean to criticise and apologise if you thought I was doing. I just think that society is a rolling stone that keeps getting bigger on it's downwards path Sent from Rob's GalaxySII
  6. I accept my path, I take what life throws at me a day at a time, i do what I can for my kids and make sure they have a secure future. I believe in some good causes and like yourself have an interest in this field. I just feel in my opinion preaching to the public masses is wrong, and that goes for whatever you believe in, christian, atheism, gaeism (spelling or made up) or devil worshiping, if indeed the devil exists! There are ways and means to get messages across, I am in no way correct on this matter, it is just my opinion, but messages with added "pressure" can be seen as preaching and people of weak mind easily get sucked in Again I must re-iterate, I am not getting at you in particular as I do believe in this noble cause, and do feel we are on a downward spiral unless something is changed. But there are ways and means to everything without "preaching" Sent from Rob's GalaxySII
  7. Although I find you current cause very noble and worthwhile, I can't help but wonder how much of this is "preaching". Similar to the christian thread and how some rather devout christian force their message (not all by the way) on everyday folk... It happens in all walks of life, beliefs of one thing or another that are truly believed and lived by that person that they take over and consume rationality (imo). Again this is NOT a criticism, I am fully aware of the path you have chosen and commend you for choices, but it just feels as though a message is being preached, which I don't agree with.
