  6. Gerrit, I'm not disagreeing with you:001_smile: just trying to put my opinion across.. Trees don't NEED to be pruned, human intervention can help and prolong the life of some trees in some instances BUT trees in the remotest parts of the world manage fine without our help Phoenix or Halo trees created through their own degredation can survive without our help We prune trees to make these organisms suit OUR needs most of the time, whether that be for health and safety or planning like dean stated Trees existed before us, they shall exist after us:biggrin: EDITING David?? Did i miss something:lol:
  7. They might not of survived, I agree there... BUT... They didn't NEED to be managed, they didn't ask us to do it:biggrin: Both view points are valid and have strong cases for, but essentially trees don't NEED to be pruned, we need to do it in some instances to prolong the life of a beautiful organism:thumbup: Sent from my Galaxy S2

  22. how do people (who were watches) find they cope with all the tiny bits of sawdust and particles flying around and getting everywhere, surely a watch can't cope with that much abuse over time? I tend to not wear long sleeves unless its really cold or wet, and my arms always end up scratched and filthy... not sure a watch would last long!
  23. Haha, knew that was coming! meant for the mountains (or big hills) we tend to walk quite often:biggrin:
