Having only just started out for a consultancy firm and doing bs5837's, I can honestly say that I have little experience in tree mapping software. However, in the past month I have been doing them thereis only once we've not had a topo. I don't mind admitting I can quite easily get along with AutoCAD now and don't really find much wrong with it (used with the topo that is).

Went to Calderstones Park with the kids today, never been before and its only 40 mins down the road. I make that 5 days work. Surely a new business venture demands 7? And I thought you'd "retired" yourself at a tender age from climbing due to injury? Stating that you are laying "k" on the line should be something, in my opinion, you keep to yourself rather than shouting it out on an online forum. Tom, I hope you get what you want out of your venture but your going to need some luck to succeed...
