  4. depends on the boot, my Meindl airstreams have listed nearly 2 years (still going too, the uppers are perfect but i'm going to need a re-sole soonish) i see that as value for money, especially when they are so darn comfy and i even wear them for walking!

  11. Spent a bit more than I bargained for today! Went out to buy a laptop for the missus so we could both finish our studies over the coming year, ending up buying a carpet, corner suite and chair, wallpaper, paint, fireplace and hearth and a few other bits and bobs for decorating, good couple of grands worth anyway, and NO laptop!?
