Music is a massive part of my life.I have a very eclectic musical taste, some revs me up, some chills , some makes me grin and some makes me cry. However as you so rightly say, (and without sounding poncey) a buzzards call, a Wren kicking off, wind blowing through a woodland etc etc fill me with joy. Don't really enjoy the sound of the branch I'm on breaking though.....

Problem is ' You're an embarrassment' but I'm sure 'It must be love' so you'll sort it out. Anyway well done on the work front in the 'Concrete jungle' surrounded by all those folk in the 'Rat race'. Next time you're in a 'Nite club' check out the 'Mirror in the bathroom' to make sure you don't look like a 'Monkeyman' but don't go over the top so people think you're 'Too nice to talk to' either.

I second log dog's view. You can't spend your life whatiffing, i.e. what if I'd given it a go would I now be happier etc. If you are unhappy in the workplace it affects not only you but your partner, family and friends. I now earn a hell of a lot less than I used to in an IT career but spiritually I'm a whole lot richer.
