  1. I know of a 130 that has just been rebuilt on a galvy chassis and galvy bulkhead. 200tdi engine. Good truck. PM me if you want more details and i can put you in touch with the guy.
  2. I think herein lies the issue....on top of not having run for ages!!!! (my back issues stem from 2 disintegrated and missing discs, spondylolysthesis, and what the consultant said was mild spinobifida, all compounded by serious rugby injury age 14:001_rolleyes:)
  3. Excellent advice.
  4. I think it would be a great idea, but I am speaking from Redruth...where we dont have Costa or anything like that- people go to the tyre place and get drinks from one of those machines. Actually i do think its a good idea, they are all over the place, but in most of the the builders merchants (Travis Pekins etc) it is free, and in the tyre place IIRC its only 20 or 30p. Well used though.
  5. Crikey- what do you put in your coffee:scared1:????
  6. Good man...taking a hit for the team there:thumbup:
  7. Oh well i was even more stupid when it came to Tennis Elbow. i was so busy (back when i did a load of stonework this was) that i just used to load up on painkillers and caried on...until one day i found i couldnt make a fist with my right hand!!!!! I was then forced to pretty much do nothing for about 2 months, and had endless physio too. You live and learn eh?
  8. Elbows here too Rob. After 4 years of recurring tennis and golfers (on the inside) elbow I think i have finally overcome it with as you say, lots of physio. You been having ultra sound or laser treatment or owt Rob?
  9. I thought you just needed a longer chain and more petrol to use a big saw......
  10. AKA shin splints. Due to the state of my spine I am unable to run nowadays, however I found myself trying to run after olly on his BMX on Sunday evening. I am now suffering shin splints like I havent had for years. I had forgotten how painful this condition can be. I only ran about 200 yards (my back went into spasm forcing me to stop) but i was wearing crap shoes and hadnt run for a LONG time.
  11. Villager are pretty (ahem) 'budget' shall we say. Innefficient and hard to shut right down in my experience. These stoves are the nicest and most efficient I have come across. My parents have had a couple and the friends i have recommended them to have been VERY happy with them. they are very very efficient stoves, and the glass stays clean too.
  12. Its all seems a bit hollow TBH, for the reasons I posted earlier. They have had prototypes out for ages. Lets just have a production type FFS. I desperately wanted one of these for ages...... Oh- and that price.........hell, it had better start itself and cut the tree down for you too!!!!
  13. .....
  14. :lol:My thoughts exactly Rob. Whn I moved out of the farm I got rid of loads of choice pieces from over the years.
  15. Beautiful pics mate. I havent been to the new forest for years! Its an amazing area.
  16. My palms were tingling throughout that......
  17. Well I prefer the heavier american machines. I have a vermeer (my second) and have used various Timberwolfs, greenmechs, farmi, Jensen and a few others and although there is little inherently wrong with Greenmechs, they just dont have the solidity I like of heavier machines. Like Huck says, what in particular makes you see them as the best?
  18. Yeah Friday evening was a nightmare for you Dave. You lined up the mechanic for tuesday then?
  19. Hahaha brilliant:lol:
  20. Come again????????????? They are good machines IME but far from class leading:confused1:
  21. I built this one myself. The bottom half is from an ali dropside sherpa, the top half was commercial vehicle sides that i adapted. The top is going to be slightly redesigned to have a fully enclosable roof at some point.
  22. No.....
  23. Horrific. I hope nobody dies, although it seems that there will be fatalities. I was meant to be going through it tomorrow.
  24. This was simply too much of a timesaver not to share it with you. _____________________________________________________ 1. Put both lids of the toilet up and add 1/8 cup of pet shampoo to the water in the bowl... 2. Pick up the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom. 3. In one smooth movement put the cat in the toilet and close the lid. You may need to stand on the lid. 4. At this point the cat will self agitate and make ample suds. Never mind the noises that come from the toilet, the cat is actually enjoying this! 5. Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a 'Power-Wash' and 'Rinse'. 6. Have someone open the front door of your home. Be sure that there are no people between the bathroom and the front door. 7. Stand well back, behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift the lid. 8. The cat will rocket out of the toilet, streak through the bathroom, and run outside where he will dry himself off. 9. Both the toilet and the cat will be sparkling clean. Your sincerely..... The dog!
  25. Could you not simply extend the Ali?
