  3. yep u sure can or the isc ring or any other ring so long as the ring is rated and stamped up you will have no probs.
  4. my guess is he was referring to the quote : They make a perfect snapping noise when they close aswell, I've found some other brands have an inferior snapping noise. ive never thought you could tell a good krab from a bad one by the noise?

  6. get them off there A.S.A.P thats not good for ya boots they need to dry on there own..... Next step clean them then get beeswax on them to stop the leather cracking..

  19. no dont think its CE marked but the discription states that its a prusik line that will last i know this stuff is supposed to be good but heard that the inner core gets very hot comp to the outside a no visable way of seeing damage . just a thought ,thats why it does not meet CE ? im no expert but its not got it for a reason but is still sold

  22. hi mog think you might have that the wrong way round. the petzl Best is for ground work EN397 Top impact where as Rock climbing helmets are EN12492 As thats the standard for every Rockclimbing helmet .Hope this helps:001_cool:

  24. lightweight and long lasting ? As tresrgr8 says 9 months or so and thats it as a guide. they are worn 7-8 hours a day 5-6 days a week in some tough conditions but if you spend £200 + i want atleast 18 months or so . just remember if you look after the boots they will look after you eg, use nikwax etc.
  25. im running ms361 15 and 18 bar fantastic saw for cutting the cord got a 394xp for the bigger stuff . Had a 260 until it went for a walk never to return really happy with the 361 so far.
