  5. Don't bother buying it, I'll sell you my Chevrolet Blazer (better than a Range Rover average 24mpg) for the same money.
  6. I've got a Horse Chestnut to take down in Glasgow next week, anyone want the timber or chip let me know.
  7. What do you want to be assessed for Jamie ? You could try Chris Simpson, Matt Cooper (SAC), Chris White or Mark Robinson. You could also try Graham Watson (now stays in England but is often up here assessing).
  8. jed001, your LOLER inspector must be qualified specifically in Arb equipment, contractors who do"high lift equipment" probably wont be.

  15. I did it for my RFS cert arb. Thought it was worth doing as I did learn from it. Straight forward and easy.

  17. Can anyone tell me the best place to get chipper blades sharpened ? thanks
  18. I'd still have to pay someone to push it.
  19. Yes Stevie, got it from Peter at Prolink
  20. I know SWB did this one recently but I wanted to say how useful I found it. Probably saved us at least 1 day in time and a days pay for an extra body. Customer wanted 2 Horse Chestnuts dismantled, brash chipped and left approx 100m from where the trees were and timber logged and left another 50m further on. Only access was via a path just over 1m wide. http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=25268&stc=1&d=1260221300
