  5. Ever thought about getting college students in to help out so they can learn or see the job first hand, I'm not sure about the legality of it though.

  13. A power tool that cuts something thats to thick for a hedgecutter but to thin to do easily with a saw.
  14. If your using a system should you not be completely confident that you now how to retie everything and ensure its safe? I mean what would happen if you hit your lanyard with the a silky or a saw and have to retie a new cord in order to carry on the day?

I have a pair of Haix protector lights and hate them, Feet are always cold in the morning the grip doesn't last long eyelets have snapped off the boot, they constantly come undone, once pulled my foot straight out of the boot when climbing. They are rubbish with spikes, only good point is that they are light.
