  1. It comes with muffs and visor included in the price not sure how it adds up compared to buying a petzl or a stein with everything attached. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2
  2. The vents on the petzl are similar to a bike helmet but on a bike you are travelling along with the wind rushing through the vents where as the protos is designed to increase air flow from the bottom to the top by the heat escaping at the very top drawing in cooler air. 11. I have really enjoyed this thread and it's good to see both sides of a story, pity it's incredibly off topic from the Op, thanks to Joe and Kevin for shining a light on a few points i didn't know about. Im sitting on the fence regarding this topic, i love my spiderjack as much as my rope wrench it's about the right tool for the right job for me. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2

  14. Why can't we take this advert as an example of how we should act regarding the subject Srwp is a usefull tool and like Ddrt has its advantages and disadvantages it's dependant on the situation which tool you use to complete the job efficiently and safely. I personally don't understand why people try and say "well you can't do this with Ddrt" while they wrap themselves around a stem ten times, or hand overhand Ddrt stating that it's easier Ddrt, when if you climbed Srt or Ddrt you would avoid all situations that do not play to the strengths of the system. 15. Sorry meant about length of tails left, on the fisherman's not necessarily the breaking strength. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2
  16. Just thought i would mention it, if that much force is on your hitch something must be going seriously wrong, i think it's more of an issue when using fisherman's single legged on single line. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2
  17. With the helical hitch heard that the chord has to meet stronger breaking strength due to it being used single legged, on a double line the would only be be half your weight, do you think its an issue with srt as all your weight is on the hitch? I picked up some kernmaster which is nice and supple but a little bouncy Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2
  18. Fair enough mate was just curious that escalator looks pretty stiff. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2

  22. I bought it and had nothing to use it for so i decided to use it to hold up the slack so if a twig catches the line it doesn't pull all my lanyard through. That's all Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2
