    dean you may need planning for that , if it is set into the ground , not permant means somthing that can be moved ie, a container ,thats according to my land agent, but if its been the 10 yrs it may be diffarant WHICH i asume it has nod,nod

    its a no no. the bearings arnt built for road speed ,if want to tow it just use a trailer & dont forget its very NARROW so will tip over :thumbdown:

    get a proper tractor mine does 3 high i use normal bags & put 6, 6" cuts on each fce of the bag vents the wood very well
