    Winter wear!

That would be priceless. In all seriousness though, they are brilliant, i find long johns to baggy, synthetic baselayers to constrictive and smelly. These are like a 2nd skin.. I wear under armour coldgear on my top half, expensive but superb in every way, and just to gain a few mansculinity points:biggrin:
  8. I can confirm the Stihl budget for sexy ladies has increased this year even in-light of budgets cuts left right and center! oo:001_tongue: Picked up a new saw today and given the new stihl calender! Nice indeed.. September wins it for me!!

    Winter wear!

The ladies topshop cotton leggings, Don't judge me they are comfi as ...! Super soft, and warm. I do own branded thermals but like TOM D said i'm a cotton man!! I find synthetics are also not as supple as cotton not to mention the smell!
  12. Thanks Drew
  13. If your doing NE "eye splice" ye that's class 1, on the same list further down is a "core to core splice", that's the class 2!
  14. These are class 1 and 2 for double braid, 16 strand has its own splice. I might be wrong!
  15. tachyon. just works with me
  16. Class II is core to core bro, for core dependant cords, core inserted into core then buried. cover tucked in at the end. New England Ropes - Splicing Guide
  17. Ye iv'e seen Drew results but thought why not do class II but as youve stated bury 2x as long so not for me. Thanks craig! It looked like it had a long bury thanks for claryfing. I remember someone saying Drew or someone else was shorting their fid lengths? Speak now please haha!
  18. Hey folks, Been splicing both my AP and OP 8mm hitches with class I. I know AP should technically be done class II, so thinking about giving it a go.. My question is, whats the bury like compared to a class I in terms of length and thickness?. If its more there's no point. I'd like the least stiffness going as i prefer a short hitch cord and find it alters AP's performance a bit. How you guys reducing this with both types of splice? Is anyone doing less that 24x, if so what.. you get the idea:thumbup: Views and advice please folks, much obliged!
