  1. £700 and £900.on a canter and landy.Anyone over 25.
  2. There was another post but it got deleted
  3. Its very nice. I just can't understand why you have put so much effort in to an LDV? Its like watching one of you mates spending all his time and money romancing an ugly chick
  4. Your right I'll shut up. Its just that I know they will get out of paying any way they can if there is a claim
  5. The problem I have is they ask if the vehicles bean modified. If you say yes some spotting plank asks if its been lowered, wide rims, blah, blah, what evers on the list. If its not on the list then computer ses no!
  6. How easy will it be to get insurance on your modifications? I have had real trouble insuring highsides on a transit in the past
  7. You will get a pretty good newish one for 5k. Just black out the glass if the back seats are for tools. If some ones wants in they will get in just don't leave your kit on display
  8. You worked with us last week
  9. [quote name=i only ever go in the front.[/quote] Do you care who's behind you?
  10. More than likely it would survive pollarding. Looks to be an old wound so it has lasted this long. Its hard to give an opinion based on photos but I might not prune as hard as pollarding.
  11. I'll bet it could be "saved" with a little pruning
  12. Maybe not. I will take a photo of the infamous Dark Lane near me over the weekend. Its a road cut 30feet through sandstane with Large Oaks dropping roots down over the road. Never seen a rock fall or a live tree fail and I known of it 30 years
  13. Looks good but I love my grcs to much. All these new bollards look good and functional but as soon as you discover the delights of rigging up as well as down you will never look.
  14. I have just seen that there is a new tech status. Is this what you mean or is there another plot at foot?
  15. Without seeing the tree I can only guess, but I suspect that I would just moniter and re-inspect next year at this stage
  16. There is another route to M arbor A status via a questionaire short test you can fill out if you don't have a qual that fits the existing bill. I seem to remember that just after I got my proffesional membership a new pre requil came in that you need to be a normal member for 2 years before you can apply for proffesional status.
  17. Why don't you just hire a tipper for the odd day?
  18. I good friend of mine claims to have introduced modern harness and prussic loops to Japan.
  19. If you have a record of your notification 6 weeks ago and there is no TPO then you can do what you like. THEY CAN NOT REFUSE!
  20. Likley to full time position now, paye starting October. I've got contact details of a few guys but are you looking for full time work?
  21. I need 2 x 45-50cm girth Silver Lime, with 5 year maintance and gaurentee
  22. Big Ammer and Sky huck are right. Its important to undersatnd that in a CA you are NOT ASKING FOR PERMISSION, rather you are notifying them of your intent. They can put a TPO on to prevent you pruning or do nothing. After 6 weeks you can carry on. I had a LA threaten to prosecute me this year for crown raising after 6 weeks notice period. They wanted photos and a report with the application. They didn't seem to understand their own procedures.
