  1. i am with you dean, except i would mulch it with a 400hp fendt in about an hour, nip in with a jcb and give those beds a good mulching. finish for 1.15am.proper job:001_tongue:
  2. looks like you have been cloned mate:thumbdown:
  3. i will be using my 3 point winch(if i can afford one)on the rear linkage of the mog unless i can find a winch that will accept the pto running the opposite way. as long as the angle isnt too tight i would think the linkage would hold up, but it will depend on how bogged you might be. but hopefully i will never find out lol:001_smile:
  4. i would have the old one for summer and deans one for scotland. heated seats:001_tt1:
  5. i love the old shape landcruisers, not sure about that one though, if it was a big v8 hummer that would be fun.
  6. surely you could get a mog to play in, they will have one somewhere, they will use it to pull out the other 2 when they get stuck:001_tongue:
  7. hi justin, got my air stretch t-shirts today, nice one thanks. i am interested in looking at all the fancy pulleys and stuff for climbing. if these were set up that would be great, and i can get some of the other guys to talk me through them. i will just bring those large arbtalk t shirts back then mate
  8. what a cracking elm, i would like to think i would of got the poplars on the second pic:blushing well done mesterh:001_smile:
  9. thanks pete, i spent 4 hrs this morning with my zobat handsaw bricking myself:scared1:i still cant get over how easily it cut the rope, i am a lot more aware of it now. cheers
  10. i am going to stick to a 3 point winch, so i can swop it between the valmet. i thought just make up the frame and stick the winch inside it so to speak, dont know if it would work, but i will run it by ac price, i have seen some amazing fabrications of theirs. but it will all come down to money mate, beacause i dont have any lol
  11. pic 1 beech, pic 2 ash. ???
  12. thats the plan, all the ones i have seen on the web are tiny, when you say quick release a frame, is that like the ones they use for shifting cow feeders about, the ones that let the calves in but keep the big uns out. really simple, the farmer at my yard has them. and i want a monster one for the mog, one i can put a minidiger or stump drinder in. i am thinking on getting one built round a 3 point winch, now that would be cool, and have a dozing edge on it for pushing chip.
  13. what you must call a link box mate, i would like a big one for putting wood, dumpy bags, tools etc:001_smile:
  14. smile mate, you are on camera. :001_tongue:good job
  15. looks like you 2 had fun there mate.
  16. no probs mate, i will need to rejig my chip bin now, but i am looking forward to my new toy. :001_smile:now all i need to do is get my hands on a big transport box
  17. well guys, have bit the bullet. i am picking up my schiesling 330U up at the end of the month from ac price engineering. its a 7 inch machine its a second hand machine but will get a full service, new blades and re spray, i have got a great deal from alex, so i can afford to keep my tp 250 for bigger stuff if required.thanks for all your advice and i will keep you posted.
  18. i just wish i had the strength to throw an 088 about, topped a big privette once with it, lets just say the 6 feet height soon became about 4 feet:scared1:
  19. i wouldnt fancy the bill for that tree mate:scared1:
  20. crossbows are lethal mate, mick and dean are right, i always wanted one all my life, my dad would never let me. i have always had airguns and bows. i was given a crossbow:scared1:would go through a metal men at work sign at 50 yards. i fired it about 5 times, lost the five bolts, had a really dodgy ricochet. so cut the string and binned it. i have had an air arms for about 20 years, great rifle. hardly use it, but i would never part with it, i think if you spent a few hundred quid you would get something really nice with a silencer and scope, but i think mick would be the best one for this:001_smile:
  21. john what do you wreckon has happened with the big wellingtonia, has it layered? or are they seperate trees, there is quite a difference in the past and present pics mate
  22. every man should own an 088 with at least a 36 inch bar, who wouldnt want one, they are awesome. i want a six foot bar so i can say i have a six foot bar:001_smile:
  23. i have tp250 blades, they are about 12/14 inches long 3 in a set. 3 sets for 40quid plus vat, and the guy does a great job.
