  9. hi guys, i have a notion to go fishing, after seeing mike hills pics i have a real craving to go fishing and camping out in the sticks, and living in the west coast of scotland i dont have to go far. any tips on whats best to buy. i have fly fishing stuff already. i used to enjoy spinning when i was younger as you were always doing something, not just watching a float. cheers:001_cool:
  10. the most i ever spent on a t-shirt was 90quid, 10 years ago. it only fell apart last year. you get what you pay for. the arbtalk t-shirts are really good, and cheap too:001_smile:

  14. i always put them gaffs at opposite ends, but to be honest only because the covers you get with them are rubbish, tried corks ad they fell off, but i like the plastic silicone cartridge ends idea, i will give them a go. :001_cool:yeah, you want to keep those gaffs sharp, i never knew sharp until i got my geckos, i couldnt get them out the tree at first:blushing:
  15. i find cheap t shirts make you sweat more, my stretch airs are the comfiest t shirt i have ever owned, and i have had a few:001_smile:
  16. i bet the climber was glad of that, it would of been a horrible position to be in taking the top off
  17. now an ice-breaker t shirt, now that is the business. made out of marino wool. they dont need washed, well not much. the wool does something with the sweat, dont know what but it dries out in jig time
  18. my dad had a 22-250 when i was younger with a bi pod. it was like carrying a big pinch bar:ohmy:
  19. how much, would rather the writing on the back though. if you dont have a stretch air yet i highly recommend them mate

  21. depends how hard you work and how good you are. i only climbed for 6 months before starting myself.
