I'm bad for texting people at all times, it jumps into my head to I just send a text, it's up to them if they want to reply or look at it or take the hump!! Who doesn't have their phone within an arms length in this day and age?

Have a look at my site, google my name and tree surgery and see where it pops up. The trouble with mine now is it doesn't work on iPads , 5 years ago this wasn't an issue, but now it is. I'm going to change mine when I get round to it.

You are the type of customer most will try and avoid, just others haven't learnt that yet:biggrin: I do 99% of my dealings with text or email, I find it far more efficient and takes very little time, once I'm on the phone I'm on it for ages :blushing:And I go off in tangents and end up having a chat, also with my iPhone I have all my info, so when it's on text or email, I can copy and paste into my notes and calendar. I forgot to call a customer this week because I answered the phone to him earlier in the week, hung up and then got distracted. I apologised, admitted it was my fault, he was very understanding as I've worked for him before:001_smile:
