  1. To go along with the onamatipaeic thread title: if a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound? I'll get me coat:001_smile:

    Socks

I've been told that they shouldn't be washed ie by machine as it ruins the membrane. Maybe that's where I went wrong. Also bought from a bike show so no shop to go through.
  3. If it's not TPOd or subject to planning restrictions then if the property is council owned the tenant can do what they want. A TPO check should confirm.

I've had two pairs of sealskinz to use in my moto x boots. Maybe I'm just unlucky but the ain't worked yet!
  5. 'Did you see the vests those beaters were wearing'
  6. 'I just left another log on the logpile'

    Ancient!

    One of my favourites.
  9. If the woodpecker's nesting in the neighbouring tree then that will be decayed too. Is that one being felled?

  11. Ah...dog vomit:001_smile:
  12. Thank you. I'll look up the fuligo
  13. Thanks for the id. Second one is probably Fomes as the beech were covered with them. Unfortunately couldn't stop to photograph one specimen which must have measured 24"x24"!
  14. 02 plate with 170k now. Used for everything. Now needs a clutch and has had new springs, balance and cam belt and new bottom pulley. Good truck.
  15. Yes. Cheers mate. I'll give them a try.
  16. Riding in limits seems to be my problem. Two elbows with bits of bone floating about now. What bike are you on? I've dropped down to WR250 from 450 and am faster than I ever was on the 450.
