I wish shops would PDI saws properly. There's only a handful in the whole southwest of england I would trust to do it properly; 1) Radmore & Tucker (Kevin), 2) E Buckland & Sons, a couple others. The likes of Abbey haven't got a flippin clue.

Agreed. New Farma stuff is really quite nice and Botex over-rated planet lifters, innapropriate for mini-log and smaller. Botex is an arb crane, not forestry. -

Some people want to spend 16 hours when 1 hour with MO Bacter will do Sure, add ons don't get to the root of the matter but that can be spead over seasons. MoBacter all the way.

My 600 is a lovely saw. This has 30% more grunt, mag side casing, double dogs, clear tank, tsumura bar, a proper carburretor, ally handle and is atleast £100 cheaper than the competition. The Dolmar 6100 is the torquiest 60cc er at the moment but this ticks every box I want ticked.

Beat me to it. Or buy direct from the importer - D J Turfcare. Fabulous stuff, no kidding. A whole lot nicer to use than lawn sand and requires no raking.

:lol: I've got a 600 as per thread on here "hell of an echo in here". Wanted the 610 until the 620 came out stateside and didn't want to plump for an old model. Seems I won't have to. Shame about the price increase tho. However, I've just found out there is a 620SX out now!!! Aaaargh! Can't keep up!

Good point, I've got a 8.5 kVa genny; that would power a leccy one; still a lot more to carry round tho... I'll contact locals Demon and see what they come up with.
