  1. Beat me to it. What I was going to say is "and how many of these new pickups has a 6 cylinder diesel with enough cubic inches". Stratospheric BMEP Hair Dryers need not apply.
  2. Loads of reasons; but mostly to live in a golden era (imo), even during the wars, people had common courtesy; no such thing anymore. These days are all selfish, me me me, consumerist, throw away mentality, no seeking of the common good, celebrity worship, militant islam, noise, one way conveyor to hell.
  3. Not in a million years would I do tree work; I'd liked to have lived between 1900 and 2000 and probably worked on railways, ships or aviation.
  4. Had a Riko (Balfor) A11 VTR for 7 years now and have put thousands of tons throught it without issue; brilliant comfortable machine.
  5. That is a library picture; I was merely driving past a local one today and thought blinkin-hell, look at that queue! It was ridiculous; far worse than the pic. Of course I've eaten in there; perhaps 10 times in 20 years. This was families on the weekly outing; hence the point about public health.
  6. McDonalds; and KFC is the same; massive queues every Saturday lunch and dinner time...
  7. What's wrong with it?
  8. Some very nice features there but the shredding as opposed to chipping would put me off; screen and chip throw are issues perhaps? Looks more complicated to change the shredder drum than the equivilent drum or disc knives for sharpening? Clearing blockages? [ame] [/ame] Was slow on timber
  9. Here we go again  :thumbup1:  Take this damned subject somewhere else, it sucks.
  10. Best: Interlink Express; TNT; UPS; DPD. Worst: Parcel Force; MyHermes, other cheapies
  11. Flotation tracks; sure they float but they can't climb for love nor money, studs well worn tho. Chains on the other hand are flippin awesome altho I can't help but fancy trying a single wheel track; easy to fit but not very forgiving I'd imagine. As above, go customised with stud number / pattern to suit. Are you on ELS or TRS fronts?
  12. Memory foam is absolutely horrid imo; it is so HOT!
  13. 362 of the two; slower but will stay out of the repair shop longer so actually faster.
  14. Usual decision between Flotation vs Traction; what soil you on, what you having on the rears? Also, are you on 600's, 700's? Water balasted?
  15. Roller nose bar as opposed to sprocket. That 125 was the KING of saws then.
  16. Shavey; this is the pic I was on about
  17. Oh, "lightning" not "lighting"!?
  18. One of these would be priceless! Model Profile: BP-1
  19. Decision made, I need an ol Mac! Had 92 saws collected once; now got 3! Should never have parted with the 10-10. Now to finding one! A timber bear would do! Or a PRO-MAC 850 super as per first page - classic.
