  1. We have had a wcl for a number of years now - many of our clients have asked for details at tender stage - the wcl as far as i was informed when we first enquired is only for the carrying of waste and not the destination (this is supposed to be backed up by transfer tickets!). I was told that wood chip and logs would not need a wcl. But stump grindings (contain soil) grass cuttings/hedge cuttings etc do - i think (cant be sure as it was ages ago) the reason being grass etc is classed as an active waste. I think it is a load of b/s but it could save a lot of time and shut people up if you get pulled imo!!
  2. i used to swear by dyson, then i got one on thier washing machines what a load of rubbish that was! Then bought a dyson ball animal vacuum which didnt suck as hard as i can:laugh1: Got a Miele now and it is the best vacuum i have ever had - lot quieter too. Spot on in my book

This is a Poplar row of several very big ones I was asked to quote on the ones near by late last year and no work has been done to them yet! my kids were nearby when it all kicked off - so it could of easily been them. 11. Hi matey, Have done quite a few of these over the years all Limes in fact i was a a job just outside Cambridge on Monday and they want thier pleached Limes putting right when time allows. It is time consuming and fidley to do but also very satisfying too! How mature are the ones you have to do? Have they been done before? What state are they in? Just things to consider.

    Cheers Andy.

  25. try the two little black 'conector' blocks on the top of the engine they sometimes vibrate loose and stop the infeed working but not the outfeed, easily fixed by cable tying them on.
