  2. I can only concur with Big j and Iron Mike, when things break Pekka has sent the replacements parts out free. I like all the other log bullet owners have been feeding back issues so the machine can be improved. With care and practice 20-30 tons a day is easy. Keep the log length to around 3m and you will be less likely to overload. Mine fits nicely on a 16' twin axle trailer, but it has to be back against the tail ramp. I am going to upgrade to a tri axle . Have a look at my 'some things moving' video thread

  10. Definitively growing out of the Ivy, none on the Ash tree . It does look like Fuscoporia torulosa, i shall gave to set the might of the Pembrokeshire fungi recording network on the case.
  11. Growing out of an Ivy stem, my initial thought was Dyer's mazegill, but i don't think so.

  15. Lying on the ground, Laylandii has lasted longer than Larch as bearers for my log stacks. The oldest is 10 years old with no sign of rot

  23. It depends on whether you take pride in your woodlands, taken from an owners perspective. A wood with well spaced clean stems is going to get a better price standing.
