    Suffer from stress and still do . It led to anxiety and heart palpitations . To many hrs at work . Feel better now but still have off days . What really helped me was learning to say no to customers . You know the ones that want everything done yesterday . Stop trying to fit more jobs into an already full on week Really considering becoming a Vegan not for animal welfare reasons just better health .

    Last person I caught inspecting the garage padlocks and wandering around my garden at 2am got a wine glass smashed on there head . Simples bloody critters .Police were terrible on this occasion .

    I do the same free work for a few old people in my local area . Trouble is they recommend me to there friends . Bless em we will be in there shoes one day

    Yep Rapeseed for me over 2 years on the stuff now . Although I do use normal chain oil for any subbies that come in . Unless they want my special bio oil

    Bren good thread . My lady of 23 yrs does my accounts and also sends out quotes and all invoices . When in need she turns up and operates the chipper and drags the brash . If she breaks a nail well I got to sort it lol . Mother of our two sons . Love her to bits . Although I really hate it after a hard days graft when I get home she's got the bloody mower out . Oh and I,m 42 and my lady has put up with some crap over the years . So thats over half my life Ive actually spent with J lol .
