  3. Conifer topping today . If I did not work when it was raining Id be poor . Get a grip you girls . I must admit it makes the job longer and harder . That should be saved for the bedroom lol .
  4. Wasn't my intention Although you've probably hit the nail on the head .
  5. Selling fast at the moment . I have been telling customers that we expect to sell out earlier than normal . So they are all ordering bigger loads . Mainly selling London Plane and Birch this month .

  7. Does this include blade sharpening ? Seems expensive to me
  8. After a careful dismantle of a large Oak I was gutted to drop my saw through the greenhouse roof circa 1994 A groundy broke my nose once lol . I can confirm I have kicked many a gnome and plant pot over . Im sure I am not alone when it comes to back garden jobs where the customer has a fetish for pot plants
  9. Yes agree they are very handy . My only moan would be they are an odd shape and awkward to transport . Especially when your loaded with chip / log . Has anybody got any cool ways of storing there trolley on the work truck , Roof rack or other ?
  10. Well for me it has to be ( Freaks 1932 ) just so strange but very addictive

  12. Yep totally agree on this one .
  13. Another local tree guy to me had the updated hydraulic version and that little bugger was really nice to feed . Although slow it had the advantage of being fitted to a 4 wheel trolley so it could be used for back garden chipping . Max 4" but 3 " was more realistic . Im sure SCH Supplies did an after market hydraulic kit ?
  14. May sound ridiculous but I did a test on JKW a while back . Stem injection worked best with standard neat antifreeze . Ok the ground will be contaminated . This test was carried out on a friends property . The ground has since been block paved by the homeowner and no jkw has returned so far and its now 14 months later . Make of this what you may . We also tried red diesel which did not work .
  15. Biggest Tirfor good ground anchor and as Huck said shallow gob . Slight tension on winch . Slight back cut keeping your ears pealed for cracking lol and then stand back and winch away
  16. Heal quick fella . On a serious note have you ever thought about writing scripts for eastenders or emmerdale
  17. At least Stoke City are rising to the challenge lol . Makes a change eh .
  18. Deano aka Popeye

  20. I sell a carbide disc for a 4 inch grinder for £20 . They are wicked and last longer than the Diamond coated disc if you just use the outer cutting edge
