  1. Spray some choke and carb cleaner on the fins . Obviously blast the crud out first with an air line .

  3. I only sell my arb arisings and so never need to buy in timber . Just as well as it sounds so unprofitable .

  6. Yep all the Meindls I have had have been a size up from my normal size . The majority of my gear comes from the guys who advertise on here . They have all been brilliant with exchanging items

  9. Nice one I,m just in the process of making some gaffs that are longer than pole gaffs and shorter than tree gaffs . Kind of an intermediate gaff Oh and they are for the Klien Brand
  10. Not clearing up Dog / Cat mess on site when the customer knows workmen will be arriving and working in said area . Is lazy and totally disrespectful . Off site for me until its picked up and the whole area hosed down . I like the idea of a cleaning charge if you get kit or ppe soiled
  11. Who actually decided what the average calories per man / woman a day should be ? Just wondered . If climbing I have less calories . Grounding I have more .

  13. I like your whole outlook on this subject . Might do 5 days low carb and weekends have the odd treat . I do feel loads better without sugar .Having said that I sometimes think of having full fat fizzy coke
